Emailing Manager
Permanent employee, Full-time · Remote
Your mission
- A. Emailing Direction
Weekly Operations:
- Design and launch emailing campaigns
- Monitor all outbound email campaigns
- Track performance (reply and conversion rates)
Ad-hoc Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize targeted weekly email campaigns
- Experiment with messaging angles, audiences, and A/B tests
- Use tools like Apollo, Instantly, Zapier, Close, OpenAI API and others for personalization
Lead Flow Management:
- Review and upload leads generated by external contractors
- Ensure timely follow-up (within 30 minutes)
- Seamlessly hand off interested leads to the Sales team
CRM Maintenance:
- Keep data accurate and up to date
- Tag leads properly (source, campaign, communication status)
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Lead Generation, and Data Teams
- Align email outreach with active campaigns and revenue goals
Expected Outcomes (Emailing Direction):
- 120K emails/month
- 50 interested leads from the team
- 10 SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) from the team
- 4–5 new ad-hoc campaigns/month
Your profile
- Proven experience (2+ years) in outreach/sales with a track record of successful campaign management and understanding customer needs
- Proficiency in using any outreach tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or equivalent platforms
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and engagement metrics is an advantage
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and tactics
- Strong analytical skills to interpret email performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using reporting tools to measure and communicate campaign effectiveness is an advantage
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to pitch, follow up, work with objections, bring prospects to meetings
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices is an advantage.
