Sales Development Representative

Permanent employee, Full-time · Remote

Your mission

  • Work with current and previous pipeline of interested
  • Create rapport with interested prospects and builds trust
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Place opportunities of hiring for the clients to our Talent team
  • Segment and calibrate the deals

Your profile

  • Great first impression
  • Go-geter, hunter
  • Experience in outreach, prospecting, calibrating and accommodating with the prospect
  • Know how to ask smart questions
  • Persistant
  • Top-level responsibility
  • Easy going, persuasive with the customer
  • Great at building rapport
  • Technical knowledge of the programming languages is not mandatory
  • B2B xeperience on international market is an advantage
  • Understand how startups and tech companies operate, what are the business goals and knows how to navigate within a conversation
  • Experience in similar positions of min 2 years will be considered a strong advantage.
