Head of Accounting

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Head of Accounting, to lead our accounting department and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role is crucial in supporting and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
- Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
- Handle tax declarations and ensure timely submissions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting,
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
