• User support for hardware problems.

KLM worked with about 50 different mainframe (KLM-specific) software, Windows (3.11, 95 and NT) and several other applications such as MS Mail, Exchange, MS Office, Internet Explorer, etc.;
• Remotely take over PCs in order to get a jam;
• On-site troubleshooting with problems the Service Desk can not solve;
• Using various server applications to create or delete users, reset passwords, printers and printer's queue reset, reset and re-routing lines, etc;
• Ensure good and rapid call handling.
