Job Description
The Sales Manager at Moorwand plays a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring that sales processes and strategies deliver exceptional results.
This multifaceted position involves overseeing the pre-verification of new leads, guiding clients through internal onboarding processes, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of our financial technology products to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service inquiries by providing assistance via chat, email, and phone
- Expand the company’s client portfolio while maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Essential Requirements
- English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken – mandatory
- Proficiency in using Microsoft tools
- Experience working in an office environment
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Understanding of the banking and financial technology sectors is an advantage
- Experience in sales would be advantageous but is not essential
