B2B sales and marketing manager for international market

The multinational Belgian company Castle-Group.EU (that offers a dynamic environment) is looking for a B2B Sales and Marketing Manager with good written and spoken English to deal with its existing clients as well as recruit new ones on the international market.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Spoken and written English (level >B2). Any other languages will be an advantage.
  • Good PC skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Relevant university degree
  • Good verbal and written presentation and communication skills

Tasks:

  • Market analysis
  • Contact potential clients via mails and by phone
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with the team to develop and create marketing materials
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events

Job experience is not a must as we'll teach you everything.
Our greatest requirement is for you to be a motivated individual willing to face all sorts of business challenges.
