Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in an administrative, communications or human resources role, with an ambition to advance and have an impactful career in HR
  • Good knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations and procedures
  • Experience planning meetings or events highly desirable
  • Must know MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Foreign languages: English in verbal and written communication
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, rigorous, diplomatic, punctual person
  • Ability to work in a team but also independently
Responsibilities:
  • Implementing HR policies and practices in the field of personnel management for Mcdonald’s Moldova.
  • Contributing to the development of strategies for People.
  • Supporting staff recruitment and retention.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports on all the above-mentioned activities and their results.
