RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in analyzing software requirements and designing solutions.
• Produce well-designed, testable, and efficient code based on requirements.
• Develop quality assurance procedures (unit tests, integration tests, etc.)
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Develop and maintain documentation that reflects the design and implementation of software solutions.
• Communicate effectively with other developers, business analysts, UX designers,and client representatives.

SENIOR DELPHI DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years’ experience in Delphi
• Solid understanding of OOPS concepts in Delphi
• Experience in Delphi components and controls, exception handling
• Knowledge of memory management, COM+ components
• Delphi migration experience
• Strong experience in Windows application development
• A good understanding of T-SQL, MS SQL Server
• Experience with Architecture and Components
• English communication skills at a minimum of B2 level
