English speaking Customer Support Operator

The Contact Center department consists of more than 600 people working from Germany, Portugal, Ukraine, Moldova. We find a common language with clients from 27 countries of the world. We are looking for Representatives in our Contact Center (m/f/d) in Lisbon that speak German.

Part of AUTODOC is ATD Technologies S. R. L., which was established in 2019 and has already the status of a resident of the information technology park “Moldova IT Park". All the main resources of the company "ATD Technologies" S. R. L. are aimed to provide technical support and services for AUTODOC.

What will you be doing?

• Helping us to develop our Customer Experience by providing excellent customer service in voice and writing.
• Guiding our customers to make the right order decisions.
• Clarifying the status of orders
• Processing complaints
• Various inbound services
• We have a well -built process, there are templates and horseshoes, you will always know what to do

What should you bring with you?

• advanced English skills C1/C2 (speaking and grammar);
• call-center previous work experience is an advantage;
• basic PC user;
• vigilance, attention to details, team-work skills;
• ambition to acquire learning skills;
• target-oriented person.
