Senior Atlassian Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Engineer. Our new colleague will take a part of the retail management system for the one of the biggest RMS providers in Europe.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining our Atlassian Cloud platform (Jira, Confluence, Trello and their addons) in optimal operational conditions (Cost, Performance, Availability);
• Analyzing new issues or demands, understanding the impacts and delivering high quality developments to maintain a robust and high performing platform;
• Proposing and implementing new ideas to streamline processes, automate tasks, eliminating manual work;
• Offering ongoing support and expert guidance to our user community. Technical Skills and Experience.

Job requirements:

• A minimum of five years of experience in administering and maintaining JIRA Cloud (Jira Software and Service Management) as well as Confluence Cloud;
• Expertise in basic Jira configuration: Project settings, Work Type, Workflow, Screen, Field configurations.
• Expertise in identity and access management in the Atlassian space (roles, users, groups, product access management);
• Expertise in scripting via the 'Scriptrunner' addon (Workflow scripts, Listeners…) and configuring rules via 'Automation for Jira';
• Experience in real time integration (APIs) development with Atlassian Products is considered as beneficial;
• Experience in one of the following addons: Tempo Timesheet, Asset (Insights), eazyB, External Share for ConfluenceI, XRay is also considered as beneficial;
• Expperience in Enterprise Data Management;
• Sound understanding of information security principles;
• Knowledge of MS Entra is beneficial;
• Being familiar with agile ways of working;
• Confident leadership and good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to create consensus on the way forward.
