Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to join our growing logistics team. If you have a background in driver recruiting, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, CDL drivers and owner-operators
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA requirements
- Maintain driver pipeline and records
- 2+ years of experience in driver recruiting CDL drivers (US market)
- Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Bilingual is a plus
