Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Support Specialist who will always be in touch with truck drivers. The job involves a lot of communication, mainly in English.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality customer service
• Control over the shipping process
• Resolving any arising problems or complaints
• Assisting clients with inquiries related to logistics services
• Communicating with clients and drivers via phone and email

Requirements:

• English level B2 or higher (both spoken and written), fluent Russian
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and responsibility
• Ability to learn quickly
• Multitasking skills and stress resistance
• Experience in the Client support area will be a plus;

Schedule:

• 16:00 - 1:00 Monday - Friday
