Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and prepare driver statements, including fuel reports, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Organize and oversee recurring charges, driver contracts, and maintain accurate statements.
• Verify and cross-reference financial records to ensure precision and completeness.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to gather and input necessary information.

Qualifications:

• English level B2+
• High attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with data entry software and tools.
• Familiarity with the trucking industry and related terminology is a plus.
