Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes
Draft, format, and respond to professional emails in English on behalf of the team
Handle incoming calls and coordinate communication internally and externally
Arrange travel and accommodations for business development teams across various international destinations
Support the team with organizing and maintaining legal and business documentation
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for key executives
Requirements:
