- Lead a team of Logistics Sales Managers to success
- Actively search and engage prospective customers from the USA & Canada (B2B, cold calling, email correspondence)
- Present and explain services provided by the Company
- Understand customer transportation needs and offer tailored solutions
- Maintain successful business relationship with current customers
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Set targets, track results, check deadlines
- Assess Team's performance and identify needs
- Organize meetings and trainings for the team
- Dynamic and result-oriented Team leader
- Experience in Sales is a must
- Experience in logistics is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Well-developed leadership skills
- Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
