What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute compelling multichannel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push & more – all aligned with our brand’s heartbeat
- Own email deliverability: from domain warm-up to list hygiene and IP monitoring – you make it bulletproof
- Manage and align the CRM campaign calendar with key teams and customer lifecycle goals
- Mentor and uplift a team of CRM Campaign Managers – sharing your experience and creating space for growth
- Report, reflect, and refine: use KPIs and testing to constantly evolve strategy and results
Preferred Background:
- Experience: Multi-year experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing with leadership background and full ownership of campaign delivery and performance.
Hard Skills
- Expert knowledge of CRM platforms like Emarsys, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
- Mastery in segmentation, RFM modeling, targeting and personalization logic
- Deep expertise in email performance metrics, sender reputation, and domain/IP setups
- Confident in writing and optimizing marketing copy
Soft Skills
- You lead with empathy, provide constructive feedback, and foster team trust and ownership
