We are looking for a Delivery Lead who can drive the successful execution of software development projects, while also maintaining a strong customer focus and product-oriented mindset. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team, manage timelines and resources, ensure client satisfaction, and help shape the delivery of meaningful, high-quality solutions.
This is a hybrid role that blends traditional delivery/project leadership with a touch of product ownership - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and knows how to turn ideas into outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to high quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into actionable goals, and ensure project outcomes align with expectations
- Own and refine product backlog, by capturing business requirements and translating them into backlog items
- Create, maintain, and improve delivery workflows using Agile/Scrum or other suitable methodologies
- Coordinate internal teams (development, QA, design, etc.) to ensure alignment, resource availability, and smooth execution
- Facilitate regular planning, retrospectives, and reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Proactively identify and remove delivery blockers and risks, escalating when needed
- Track project scope, timelines, and budgets and adapt plans as necessary
- Act as the communication bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams
- Look for opportunities to expand client accounts or initiate new projects based on customer needs.
- Promote team performance and a high standard of delivery excellence.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Scrum Master or Product Owner role in a software development context
- Good understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery lifecycle
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate business needs into delivery actions
- A problem solver who takes ownership and delivers solutions, not just processes
- Experience with resource planning, budget tracking, and risk management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across teams
- Product-oriented mindset, understands the value of user needs, product vision, and business impact
- Background in tech or engineering is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in or closely with product teams
- Exposure to product discovery techniques or backlog management
- Technical background.
What is it in for you?
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how products are shaped, built, and delivered - from early vision to final execution
- Private health insurance
- Sports compensation for gym memberships or online sports subscriptions
- Flexible schedule
- Education budget for Certifications, Courses, Training and Conferences (a part of the education budget can be spent on gadgets, that stay yours)
- Books budget
- 5 pm Club - a concept developed by ISD to offer 1-hour every week for self-development, development of your ideas and/or presentations to the team to improve public speaking skills.
