We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to lead the backend development of a scalable, custom document management solution integrated with SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR).

This application is designed to optimize document management processes and boost productivity within a leading European manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a core member of our Agile, cross-functional software development team as a Senior Python Developer.
• Collaborate with key customer stakeholders to design and implement robust backend solutions for document management.
• Act as the go-to expert for all Python-related development topics and questions.
• Work closely with the Solution Architect to design scalable, high-performance systems that integrate seamlessly with SAP ECTR.
• Ensure backend solutions are reliable, secure, and optimized for global accessibility and scalability.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 4 years of professional experience and expertise in Python development, including hands-on experience with frameworks like Django or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and integrating complex systems.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data synchronization techniques.
• Experience with Azure services and backend testing frameworks is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP technologies and their integration is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in Agile teams alongside customer representatives.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
