User Acquisition Manager (Facebook & Google Ads)
What You’ll Do
• Campaign Launch & Optimization: Launch, optimize, and scale user acquisition campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive traffic and user growth.
• A/B Testing & Strategy Development: Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and strategies. Develop innovative acquisition strategies to improve overall campaign performance.
• Analyze & Optimize Campaigns: Continuously assess and optimize campaigns, with a focus on increasing conversions and reducing cost-per-install (CPI), cost-per-action (CPA), and improving ROI.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to test, rotate, and brief new ad ideas to enhance campaign performance.
• User Acquisition Strategy: Focus on user acquisition for mobile applications (Web2App) and optimize ad performance across platforms.
Preferable Background
• 3+ years of experience managing user acquisition campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with a proven track record of successful results.
• Strong expertise in user acquisition for Web2App campaigns, with a focus on mobile app monetization, particularly in subscription-based models.
• In-depth knowledge of SKAN (Source of Attribution Network) and AEM (App Event Measurement) principles, ensuring accurate tracking and campaign optimization.
• Practical experience using industry-leading tools such as Appsflyer, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Firebase to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance effectively.
• Solid understanding of app user behavior, with experience optimizing mobile ad campaigns for different stages of the user lifecycle (acquisition, engagement, retention).
