Your job description:

• Receive, evaluate, and process freight claims (loss, damage, shortage, or delay) in compliance with company and carrier policies.
• File claims with carriers or insurance providers and track their status through resolution.
• Ensure claims are processed within required timeframes to meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of claim submissions, correspondence, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with dispatch, accounting, safety, and legal teams when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent, conversational English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with carrier contracts, freight insurance policies, and claims regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and prioritize deadlines.
