The ideal Cognitive Analyst candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and a great analyst who is committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as Product Owner for Virtual Agent and Now Intelligence solutions and collaborate with all stakeholders to develop and maintain a product roadmap. This might involve identifying business needs, assessing market trends and other tool offerings, determining priorities and timelines for feature development and implementation;
- Develop and implement chatbot and NLP solutions that meets the needs of the business. This might involve designing the chatbot's conversation flow, assist or integrate it with other systems or platforms, and testing and debugging the chatbot to ensure that it functions as intended;
- Enhance the chatbot's conversation capabilities using the Now Intelligence capabilities;
- Create user stories and use cases to guide the development of new features and functionality for the chatbot and NLP solutions. This might involve working with the platform development team to fully validate the technical requirements, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure that user needs are met;
- Monitor and evaluate the chatbot's performance and make improvements as needed. This might involve analyzing user feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to the chatbot's algorithms or conversation flow;
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure that the chatbot meets the needs of the user or client. This might involve communicating with project managers, developers, and other team members to coordinate efforts and ensure that the chatbot is delivered on time and to the desired quality level;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow developments and best practices in the field of VA and NLP, and incorporate these into the design and development as appropriate;
- Help ensure that the feature is able to accurately predict outcomes for a wide range of scenarios;
- Adjusting the parameters of the machine learning model used by Predictive Intelligence to improve its performance. This may involve adjusting the learning rate, the number of layers in the model, or the size of the training dataset;
- Analyzing the predictions made by the model and comparing them to actual outcomes, and using this information to adjust the model's parameters or training data;
- Incorporate additional data sources: Adding additional data sources to the model may help improve its accuracy. For example, if the model is being used to predict IT service disruptions, incorporating data from monitoring tools or incident reports may help the model make more accurate predictions.
Job Requirements
- Eager to experiment and think outside the box;
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
- Experience in creating workflows and personalized experiences;
- Good documentation & technical writing capabilities;
- Stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills;
- Fluent in ServiceNow and Service Management Technologies;
- Experience in designing and implementing IT and non-it workflows/procedures (low code - no code development);
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum Methodology - User Stories writing, Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done;
- ITILv3 or ITIL4 Certified;
- Business Analysis experience;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
