Dispatcher (open deck)

STRATAN INC, a U.S.-based transportation company with over 8 years of experience specializing in open deck freight, is currently looking to add an experienced Dispatcher to our growing team.

We offer up to 2.5% of gross (we work with oversized and overweight loads), which can help you earn a monthly income of $3,500–$5000.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher in flatbed / step deck / RGN
• Reliability, responsibility, and full commitment
• Ability to work from the office during scheduled hours (15:00 – 00:00)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, calm approach under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and openness to building strong broker and direct customer relationships
