Junior UI/UX Designer (full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile products
• Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction logic
• Create interactive prototypes and present design solutions to the team
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and product managers
• Conduct UX research and usability testing
• Maintain and evolve the design system

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio of completed projects (required)
• Excellent proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
• Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility
• Skills in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Ability to analyze user behavior and suggest improvements
• Attention to detail, strong design sense, and structured thinking
• Experience working with developers and understanding of interface development principles

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML/CSS)
• Experience with interface animations (e.g., using Protopie, Framer, etc.)
