At ArtDock, we turn ideas into interactive experiences, building games that blend creativity, technology, and strong visual identity. Our focus is on distinct visual styles, immersive co-op gameplay, and mechanics that feel as good as they look. Now, we’re looking for a Middle Technical Artist to join our team and help bridge the gap between art and code — bringing visual ideas to life with precision and style.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and integrate 3D and 2D assets in Unity (meshes, textures, materials)
- Develop visual effects using Particle System and VFX Graph
- Create and configure shaders in Shader Graph
- Set up lighting and post-processing in game scenes
- Optimize graphics for various platforms: PC, mobile, consoles
- Work with URP and contribute to the evolution of the visual pipeline
- Collaborate closely with artists and developers to achieve project goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with real-time 3D graphics
- Solid proficiency in Unity
- Understanding of the full graphics creation process — from concept to rendering
- Strong skills in lighting, materials, and shader workflows
- English proficiency for reading technical documentation
Tech Stack:
- Experience with Substance, Photoshop, Blender
- Knowledge of HDRP/URP
- Ability to automate routine tasks in Unity
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of HLSL
- Experience with HDRP
- Basic animation and sequence setup in Mecanim and Timeline
- Automation skills (C#, Python) — tool and script creation
- Experience with Job System, ECS, Compute Shaders
- Practical 3D (Blender/Maya/3ds Max) and 2D (Photoshop/Substance) skills
