HR Director - Full-Time/Part-Time - Chisinau

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development
• Ensure labor law compliance and enforce company policies
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
• Support leadership in decision-making related to HR and organizational development

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in HR field
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Minimum required level of English: B2
• Fluent Russian and Romanian are mandatory
• People-oriented and open to assisting and supporting team members
• Ability to think structurally and organize large amounts of information
• Strong multitasking skills, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Confident PC user (MS Office, Google Docs)
