Responsibilities

• Process freight claims (loss, damage, shortage, delay) per company policies
• File and track claims with carriers/insurance providers through resolution
• Meet all legal and regulatory timeframes for claims processing
• Maintain detailed records of submissions, correspondence, and outcomes
• Collaborate with dispatch, accounting, safety, and legal teams

Requirements

• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Proven trucking industry experience in claims and risk management
• Knowledge of carrier contracts, freight insurance policies, and claims regulations
• Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
