- Proactively search and reach out to potential customers from the USA and Canada via cold calling, email
- Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage
- Present tailored logistics solutions to meet customer shipping needs
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Native speaker of English
- Previous experience in B2B sales
- Advanced customer relationship management, negotiation, and sales skills
