Freight Broker

We are looking for a Freight Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, result-oriented, has experience in freight brokerage, and can manage the complete freight brokerage process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers across the U.S. and Canada
• Source reliable carriers for freight movements
• Negotiate competitive rates with shippers and carriers
• Manage the full freight cycle – from booking to delivery
• Communicate with clients and carriers to track shipments and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions

Qualifications:

• Experienced in Freight Brokerage
• Existing book of business (network of shippers) is a strong plus
• Proficient with TMS systems and load boards
• Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
