Graphic Designer

Role Summary:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team and work on multiple travel brands. This role is for someone who’s creative, fast, visually sharp, and comfortable working in a performance-driven marketing environment.

What you’ll do

  • Create marketing materials for travel brands: banners, emails, illustrations, social media creatives, and campaigns
  • Design short motion pieces and animations for campaigns (ads, promos, stories)
  • Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns from idea to execution
  • Create storyboards and visual guidelines for videographers
  • Adapt creatives based on performance data and feedback
  • Maintain brand consistency across brands and channels while delivering fresh concepts for new campaigns
  • Iterate quickly and deliver assets under tight deadlines.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in marketing design

Concept-driven mindset:

  • we’re looking for a designer who can independently develop a full creative concept for marketing needs — from the core idea to visual execution
  • Strong skills in Figma (auto-layouts, components, libraries)
  • Confident skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
  • Great knowledge of AI image generation & prompting (ChatGPT/Midjourney/ Higgsfield/Nano Banana, etc.)
  • Understanding of basic marketing metrics (CTR, conversions, engagement)
  • Ability to work fast without losing quality
  • Ability to think in campaigns and ideas, not just isolated visuals
  • Open-minded, flexible, and responsive to feedback
  • Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent English skills.

Nice to have (not mandatory)

  • Experience with 2D and/or 3D illustrations
  • Basic understanding of motion principles and storytelling
  • Experience working with multiple brands or high-volume production
