As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Finance Manager for one of the Fintech business divisions of the Dyninno Group.

Position Summary:
The Finance Manageris a key position responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and strategic financial planning. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the company’s financial stability, growth, and compliance with safeguarding regulations. It requires a strong understanding of finance, accounting, risk management, and compliance procedures.

BLOCK 1. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safeguarding processes to protect financial assets, including internal controls, risk assessment, and fraud prevention measures.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding regulations and financial reporting standards, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
• Establish and maintain an effective controlling function, supporting accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and capital structure optimization.
• Manage liquidity placement strategies to maximize returns on surplus funds while managing associated risks.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems, delivering timely financial statements, management reports, and key performance indicators to support decision-making.

BLOCK 2. Qualifications & Key Skills

• Previous experience in the financial sector is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in the financial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of internal controls and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
• High ethical standards and commitment.
