Collateral Evaluation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Preparing verification documents for evaluation reports;
• Providing consultancy on preliminary values of assets for pledge/mortgage;
• Ensuring alignment between the Department’s internal documents and group-level regulations, as well as current legislation and NBM regulations.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in technical/economic fields;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a bank or evaluation company;
• Possession of a qualification certificate is recommended;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Open, positive, and tolerant personality;
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and punctuality;
• Team spirit;
• Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and English;
• PC skills.
