Business analyst

Role - Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making, process optimization, and the development of technological solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
1. Collecting data from internal sources (CRM, MIS) and external sources (BNM, market reports, competitors). Processing and analyzing this data to identify the factors that lead to specific outcomes—both positive and negative—in order to present findings and propose solutions.
2. Monitoring the Business Department’s indicators and preparing periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly): growth/decline of the MSME portfolio (credit and funding), volume of loans granted, number of active/inactive clients, reference rates, and team productivity.
3. Evaluates the bank’s financial performance, analyzes transactions, loans, and funding lines, and builds predictive models to support strategic decisions.
4. Identifies customer behavior trends. Based on the findings, provides recommendations for adjusting products and processes, modifying pricing, and implementing new products and services.
5. Presenting data in PowerPoint or Excel for MB, BM, and the team.

Requirements:
1. University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
2. Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or business intelligence;
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends;
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);
5. Knowledge of banking products and services, especially in MSME segment, is an advantage;
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to various stakeholders;
7. Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving;
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines;
9. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate;
10. Good command of English (spoken and written);
11. Continuous learning mindset, open to improving processes and adopting new technologies.
