C#/.NET & Angular Developer

Complexica Moldova is looking for a C#/.NET & Angular Developer to join our talented team! The Full Stack Software Developer plays a key role in the development and enhancement of Wave Systems’ core products and solutions. This position is responsible for designing, building, testing and maintaining high-quality software across the full application stack, with an emphasis on C#/.NET backend services and Angular frontend development.

Position Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and enhance Wave Systems’ applications using C#/.NET, Angular, SQL Server, and related technologies.
• Participate in solution design, sprint planning and technical discussions to deliver well-architected and user-focused features.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, integration points and backend services.
• Implement high-quality frontend components and user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues across both backend and frontend environments.
• Follow established coding standards, development processes and architectural guidelines.
• Support ongoing improvements to system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and team ceremonies.
• Assist with deployment activities, production support, and monitoring as required.
• Maintain accurate and clear technical documentation.

Key Skills and Knowledge:

• Minimum 3 years’ commercial software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, Entity Framework, and RESTful
• API design.
• Solid frontend experience using Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Experience using Git and working within Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
• Understanding of secure coding practices, CI/CD and cloud-hosted solutions.
• Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable:

• Experience deploying applications in Azure or other cloud environments.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture or event-driven design.
• Experience with Docker, containers or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and practices.
• Exposure to complex enterprise applications or integration projects.
• Experience using Delphi.
