Truck Dispatcher

Job description:

VVT Group the biggest dispatch office in Moldova is looking for an ambitious person to fill out the Truck Dispatcher role. We have over 130 satisfied clients and are looking to grow even more.

Responsibilities:

• Find loads for available truck units and safe delivery.
• Cost-effective decisions to facilitate the best logistics and maximize the profit
• Ability to think logically and make appropriate decisions in routine and non-routine situations.
• Plan, schedule, organize and prioritize work activities.
• Build and maintain a high level of trust and support with our drivers
• Prepare paperwork as needed and submit invoice/BOL to the broker.

Experience Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication. (B2+)
• Have a solid understanding of the trucking industry
• Microsoft Office knowledge.

Schedule:

• Monday/Friday 15:00 to 00:00

Pay:

• Salary grade: $2000 (Junior); $3500 (Senior); $6500 (Expert) depends on experience.
