Field Support Specialist

US Software Solutions is looking for a highly organized and proactive Field Support Specialist to serve as the communication link between our central dispatch team and field technicians. This role involves coordinating daily schedules, managing technician routes, and ensuring timely responses to dispatch requests.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to job requests from the client’s central dispatch via email;
• Coordinate and assign tasks to field technicians based on location, availability, and priority;
• Monitor technicians' schedules and daily routes to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime;
• Track work progress and provide timely updates or solutions back to the central dispatch team;
• Serve as a communication hub between the operations team and technicians in the field;
• Ensure all documentation and communications are clear, professional, and accurate;
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or unforeseen issues that may affect service delivery;
• Maintain daily logs and records related to scheduling, dispatch communication, and technician assignments.

• Previous experience in field service coordination, or similar roles preferred;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;
• Comfortable with using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and email platforms;
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
