Fleet Coordinator (starting salary $1000/month)

We are looking for a talented, ambitious Cargo Securement Specialist to join our Fleet Management team.

As a Cargo Securement Specialist, you will:

• assist our drivers with cargo securement by giving tips on how to properly secure each load;
• monitor fuel efficiency;
• inform drivers and give tips on how to improve fuel consumption.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 15:00 - 00:00

Candidate requirements:

• US Truck Driver experience is preferable;
• Advanced level of conversational and written English and Russian;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Previous experience in fleet maintenance is welcome but not required;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to handle stressful situations and mitigate conflicts in a professional manner;
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills;
• Organizational skills.
