Driver Coach (up to $2500 net/month)

American business, with a branch office in Chisinau, providing truck dispatch & logistics services for the USA market. We're a dynamic transportation company out of Chicago, IL, moving freight all around the United States since 2002.

We are looking for a motivated member to join our friendly team who will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing driver’s behavior utilizing our drivecam system and providing feedback and coaching to the driver according to US Federal and local traffic laws.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Review the driver’s behavior with a potential violation of traffic law;
• Verify data reviewed against speed limits, traffic signs, and overall traffic laws;
• Investigate contributing factors by studying the area, weather conditions, driver's abilities;
• Provide cumulative feedback to the driver and compare bi-weekly/monthly behaviors for improving;
• Maintain quality customer service by following up with the driver on a monthly basis;
• Document coaching sessions by completing internal records;
• Work closely with Logbook Representative and Fleet Department if needed;
• Ensure legal compliance by following company policies and procedures;
• Ability to work from office Monday to Friday 15:00-24:00.

Skills:

• English - Advanced level;
• Russian - Advanced level;
• Excellent communication (verbal and written);
• Strong attention to detail;
• Reliable team player willing to work in a dynamic environment;
• Quick learner with a can-do attitude;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets and Google Platforms;
• Knowledge of the transportation industry / previous experience in trucking is a plus;
• Previous experience of Lytx/Samsara DriveCam is welcome but not required.
