The Role: Talent Strategist & Culture Builder We’re hiring a Senior IT Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager, a strategic role designed for someone ready to take ownership of talent acquisition and contribute to a strong, authentic employer brand.
You'll be the connector between our team and the tech talent market, shaping recruitment strategy, building meaningful candidate journeys, and amplifying our company culture through storytelling and events.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Recruitment (Core Responsibility)
- Lead the entire recruitment process: profile definition, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation;
- Apply advanced sourcing techniques and headhunting to reach top active and passive candidates;
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are well understood and prioritized;
- Continuously improve our ATS workflows and ensure clarity and transparency;
- Define, monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs/OKRs and provide regular, actionable reports;
- Design smooth, respectful and engaging candidate experiences from first contact to onboarding.
Employer Branding
- Act as a culture ambassador, representing our values through communication and behavior;
- Co-create and implement employer branding initiatives such as LinkedIn campaigns, team videos, storytelling, and visual assets;
- Participate in or co-organize job fairs, tech meetups, hackathons, and university events;
- Work closely with the comms and marketing team to ensure consistent internal and external brand voice;
- Keep an eye on market trends and recommend fresh approaches in attracting and engaging talent.
Who We're Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (senior level), with a proven record of filling complex roles in tech;
- Strong experience in sourcing, talent mapping, and stakeholder management;
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading discussions with managers and stakeholders;
- Capacity to coordinate small teams or recruitment projects and take initiative with minimal supervision;
- Data-driven mindset, you monitor what works, adjust accordingly, and aim for improvement;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous exposure to employer branding projects, ideally in tech or creative industries;
- Experience organizing or participating in recruitment or branding events;
- Strong interest in building a personal or professional presence on platforms like LinkedIn;
- Ambitious, open-minded, eager to learn and grow into a leadership role;
- Flexible, curious, and energized by challenges, you don’t wait to be told what to do.
