Truck Fleet Manager

We are an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA. We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Manager to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our trucks and trailers are running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee preventative maintenance and repair scheduling for trucks and trailers
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate repair costs, and minimize downtime
• Ensure all servicing and maintenance operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Conduct driver check-ins and ensure regular inspections
• Submit reports on equipment status and fleet performance

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and retain information
• Experience or understanding of fleet management, production oversight, or maintenance optimization processes.
• Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level
• Fluent Russian

Working Conditions:

• Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience (900-1500$)
