Truck dispatcher (English)

We are looking for a Truck dispatcher for the logistics company (US market). This job is performed in an office environment and cannot be performed remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with drivers and customers daily
• Track trucks and drivers to confirm load scheduling and delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with both customers and drivers
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level
• Self-driven, proactive person

Working Conditions:
