UX/UI & Marketing Senior Specialist

We are looking for an UX/UI & Marketing Senior Specialist for one of the Fintech business divisions of the Dyninno Group, specializing in UK Financial Services within the Payments sector.
As a UX/UI & Marketing Senior Specialist you will own the full customer journey - from first marketing touch through onboarding, verification, funding, and daily use. You'll design high-converting pages, intuitive product interfaces, and support brand communications with presentation decks, social visuals, and internal assets.

Responsibilities:

• Design responsive web and webapp interfaces tailored for B2B fintech workflows.
• Simplify complex flows (FX, compliance, beneficiary, onboarding) into intuitive UI patterns.
• Build and maintain a cross-functional design system (tokens, components, usage guidelines).
• Deliver developer-ready specs and support QA, accessibility, and localization.
• Analyse user behaviour, identify UX issues, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Create and optimize high-converting landing pages and onboarding funnels.
• Design lifecycle and in-app assets (emails, banners, nudges) to improve activation and retention.
• Plan and interpret A/B tests and growth experiments across the customer journey.
• Collaborate on funnel analysis (visitor → signup → verification → transaction).
• Produce visuals for social media, blog posts, employer branding, and PR kits.
• Support internal and external communications with branded assets (decks, illustrations, icons, motion snippets).
• Maintain a brand asset library and design guidelines accessible to internal teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in UX/UI and marketing design roles, ideally in B2B or fintech.
• Strong Figma skills (components, tokens, responsive layouts).
• Portfolio showing both product interfaces and marketing funnels.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-informed iteration.
• Comfort working across teams (Product, Marketing, Sales and other).
• Strong communication skills, written and visual.
• Excellent English.
