Junior Key Account Manager (Home Appliances & Visual Displays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing invoices in Excel and verifying truck loading capacity
• Creating invoices in NERP and obtaining approvals for invoice discounts
• Updating price lists and making changes to invoices upon partner requests
• Monitoring prepayments, checking credit limits, and obtaining Sold-to codes
• Managing documentation: cargo bills, acceptance acts, release plans, linking models to container numbers
• Working with promotional budgets: approval, calculation, and control of applied discounts
• Monthly calculation and reconciliation of COOP balances with partners

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in a similar position (Key Account Manager, Sales Support, Sales Analyst, Product Manager, etc.)
• Languages: Fluent in Romanian and Russian; English at minimum intermediate level
• Skills:
  - Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.)
  - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, 1C, or similar)
  - Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Education: University degree in Economics, Marketing, or Finance
• Preferred industries: Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Retail
