Junior Product Designer

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Product Designer in the early stages of their career with a passion for mobile app design. Supporting our Products team, you’ll be working alongside a Senior/Lead Designer to develop, document and maintain our App Design System and deliver pixel-perfect UI design work for our clients.

About the App:
It's a platform for building the perfect app, on the perfect timescale, with a range of out-of-the-box and bespoke features tailored to your needs. We've used our experience and knowledge of the membership and association sector to create a mobile app platform specifically for organisations with a membership model.

Preferred Experience:

• 0-2 years experience in a Product or Agency environment
• Professionally trained in Design/UX/UI
• Highly comfortable using Figma design software
• Good understanding of Design Systems and Atomic Design Principles
• Happy to work in a multidisciplinary product team of designers, developers, consultants and product managers

What to Expect:

• Type: Full-time, permanent.
• Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday.
• Salary: Competitive & negotiable based on experience.
• Location: Hybrid. Opportunities to travel to the UK on an ad-hoc basis.
• Training & CPD: Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training program with allocated training time (at least 5 days per annum) and budget.
• Performance & Pay Reviews: Annual pay and performance reviews.
