Revenue Assurance Analyst

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Revenue Assurance Analyst to work with our International Partners.

The Revenue Assurance Analyst will be responsible to support all aspects of revenue assurance including data analysis, leakage prevention and business process change. The role requires a blend of business, technical and analytical skills to improve operational efficiency, increase revenue and decrease risk.

what you will be doing:

• Assist the Revenue Assurance manager in investigating and analyzing on the data for various projects
• Analyse data to identify all revenue assurance concerns and investigate to resolve broken links
• Review customer data to determine any relevant billing items that could be improved to either enhance the customer experience, reduce costs or increase revenue
• Work with the wider business to identify gaps in processes, systems or training that may be impacting on accurate billing, and drive improvements in the same
• Introduce reporting to identify discounting and credits, ensuring that any given are in line with business rules
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders, providing actionable insights alongside KPIs & trends
• Run various pre and post bill run reports and review and analyze the data for bill accuracy
• Investigating historical billing issues
• Handling all aspects of Billing queries
• Any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time

what we are looking for:

• University Degree
• Have experience in similar role preferably in Telecom domain
• Numerically strong with excellent commercial skills
• Previous experience in a similar working environment
• Ideally previous experience in a telecommunication/technology-based environment
• Working knowledge and understanding of Zendesk or similar customer query ticketing systems is preferable
• Working knowledge on GoCardless payment system preferable
• Must have a high level of accuracy in all tasks, be organized analytical and efficient while under pressure
• Tech savvy – comfortable with new software and capable of using Excel (VLOOKUP’s)
• Highly motivated with strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to take responsibility for own workload, meet deadlines and self-manage
• An enthusiastic attitude towards both work and learning new systems and processes
• Any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time
