Recruitment Team Leader (French and English)

We are looking for an organized and motivated leader to join our team in Chișinău as a Team Leader – Sourcing Team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring team performance and fostering a positive and productive work environment;
• Reporting results during management meetings and proposing improvement solutions;
• Providing operational support for various tasks, missions and projects;
• Monitoring and optimizing team KPIs;
• Evaluating employees based on set objectives;
• Participating in the recruitment process of new team members.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Previous experience in leading and managing a team, with exposure to top management;
• English – advanced level (B2); French – intermediate level (B1);
• Strong skills in time management, communication and coordination;
• Skilled in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
