Accountant

Business Plane Logistics, an international company specializing in time-critical shipments worldwide, with its headquarters based in Chisinau, is looking for a motivated individual who is ready to put their problem-solving skills to work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Calculation and payment of salaries and related taxes;
- Preparation and submission of tax declarations (IPC, TL, IALS, IRM, IRV);
- Preparation of statistical reports;
- Verification of exchange rates and closing of exchange rate differences;
- Calculation and payment of income tax for foreign individuals/legal entities (PLT);
- Closing of account 536 at year-end (dividends, lease payments) and preparation of related documentation (meeting minutes, reports).

Requirements:
- Higher education in Accounting or Finance;
- Advanced knowledge of National Accounting Standards (NAS), tax legislation, and labor law;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and payroll;
- Proficiency in working with 1C accounting software;
- Fluency in Romanian (written and spoken); English - intermediate to advanced level;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
