Training Manager

We’re Hiring Training Manager!

McDonald's is looking for a motivated individual with a passion for developing talent and supporting growth.

You’ll progress step by step - starting as a Crew Member, moving into the role of Manager Trainee, and eventually growing into a Training Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring new managers, new crew members, as well as current team and management staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor training programs for new and existing managers and crew members.
• Conduct training in both restaurant and classroom settings, ensuring staff development and organizational growth.
• Regularly identify and analyze training needs within the organization.
• Support team members with coaching, feedback.
• Learn all areas of restaurant operations.
• Manage and motivate team members to deliver great service.
• Listen to calls/webinars from the corporation and implement and review what you learned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Training or teaching background is preferred.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Positive, hands-on approach to learning.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
