Your Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage multiple drivers and resolve issues as they arise.
• Act as the communication point between brokers and truck drivers.
• Handle customer calls, resolve queries, and address complaints.
• Work with transport management systems and dispatch software.
• Set expectations, gather information, and collaborate with other teams to meet goals.

What We Expect:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and experience with dispatch and trucking software are a plus.
• Strong customer service skills, including planning and order management.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work day shifts and occasional middle shifts as needed.
• Team-building mindset with a drive to succeed.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 00:00
