Safety Coordinator – Claims & Risk Management

This is a universal support role focused on claims, safety, and compliance.
You’ll handle freight claims, assist drivers with DOT and FMSCA-related issues, coordinate insurance matters with brokers, and support general back-office operations, including tasks related to local trucks.

What You’ll Do:

• Process and manage freight claims
• Track insurance cases and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with brokers, drivers, and internal teams
• Support compliance: DOT, FMSCA, permits, inspections
• Keep clear and organized documentation

What You Need:

• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Experience in trucking/logistics is a PLUS
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
