Our ideal candidate:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support team;
  • English language proficiency at B2 level;
  • Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
  • High self-organisation, discipline and responsibility;

Job Description:

  • Help passengers with airline ticket reservations (changes, cancellations). Incoming calls and chats;
  • Advise customers on airline services;
  • Handling issues related to flight cancellations and delays.
